Hi, my name is Austin! I am an assistant who works with all ages, as I want to create a joyful and fun environment for the children regardless of their age! This is my second year working at The Little Campus, although I first "stepped" into the building when I was six weeks old, so I am quite familiar with this place. I always have fun seeing the kids and the parents, so I'll see you at the door!

My name is Christina Doughty. I am a Co Teacher in the Yellow room. I have been working in Early Childhood for the last 15 years and have worked in multiple classroom settings ranging from 2 – 5 years old. I truly enjoy helping young children thrive both socially and academically as they become more independent in the classroom, and as a student. My favorite part of teaching is watching them grow and develop throughout the school year.

Hi, my name is Ms. Jackie. I am one of the infant teachers here at The Little Campus. I have worked in childcare for 25 years. I have experience with all age groups from infants through school-age. I have two children aged 27 and 19. Outside of work, I love spending time with family, friends, and my fur baby! I am looking forward to caring for your children here at The Little Campus!

Hi, my name is Miss Julie! I love to work with kids of all ages. I love being able to have the opportunity to help kids grow both in and out of the classroom! Since I have been at a dance studio my whole life, I have had experience with helping out the younger kids and can't wait to help kids at The Little Campus do the same!

I'm McKayla, and I am entering my senior year at Delaware Military Academy. As a cadet, I've developed a strong sense of responsibility, discipline, and leadership-qualities that have shaped who I am both in and out of the classroom. One of my greatest passions is working with children. Whether it's helping them learn, grow, or simply putting a smile on their faces, I genuinely enjoy making a positive impact on their lives. I wish to build on this passion and turn it into a lifelong career where I can inspire, guide, and support the next generation.

As a passionate and caring educator, I am committed to creating a nurturing and inspiring learning environment for every child. I have a deep compassion for children and their families, and I work hard each day to support their educational journey. My goal is to be a dependable resource families can trust to help their children grow academically, socially, and emotionally. Hi! I have over 35 years of experience in early childhood education, 30 of which are in administration. I have a deep understanding of the needs of young children, seeing each child as an individual, and the importance of creating a nurturing environment. I am passionate about working closely with the staff, families, and children, creating a family-like atmosphere. My goal is to ensure that every child receives the best possible early learning experience while at The Little Campus. Thank you for entrusting us with the care of your children.

Hi, I'm Miss Beth and I have been teaching preschool for over 20 years! I love teaching Pre-K students because it is tremendously rewarding to see the amount of progress the children make in one school year!! I always strive to make learning fun in my classroom by preparing hands on and engaging activities! My wish for all of my students is to have a love of learning ❤️

Hi everyone! I’m Miss Maddie, an assistant teacher here at TLC! I have a passion for teaching young children! I bring my passion into the classroom every day, eager to help young children learn!

I love teaching pre- k and have been teaching for 10 years! My favorite part of the day is reading to my class. I am married with 2 adult sons and 2 doodles who keep me busy walking when I’m not at school!

With over 20 years of experience in early childhood education, I’ve had the joy of teaching in various centers across Delaware and Pennsylvania. I love fostering a nurturing environment where young children can explore, grow, and develop a lifelong love of learning. Seeing their curiosity and confidence blossom is the most rewarding part of my work.

Tony is a software engineer by day, and a bookkeeper, maintenance man, and business operations manager for The Little Campus on nights and weekends. He enjoys spending time at the beach with his wife Stephanie, and his son whenever he can.

I am a dedicated educator with over 20 years of experience working with school-age children in the before and after care program. I foster a nurturing and engaging environment for the students. In addition to teaching, I am also a professional combat sports announcer. I enjoy traveling, hiking, and exercising. I value quality time with my wife and friends, embracing life's adventures. I look forward to getting to know your family and children, eager to grow together in a supporting and enriching atmosphere.

Hi! I'm Ms. Brittany, and I have been teaching for nearly ten years, working with children of all ages. I love working with our young preschoolers, and I'm excited to help lead the preschool program for 2 year olds! I make learning fun and engaging, by creating exciting weekly themes and activities that spark curiosity and creativity. I am passionate about providing a nurturing environment where children can thrive, build friendships, and develop a lifelong love of learning. When not teaching, you can usually find me outside or at a sports field, keeping busy with my two sons and our dog.

Hi! I'm Miss Doris and I've been working in childcare since 2011. My favorite age group is the infants. I enjoy creating a special room for them to grow and learn. When I'm not teaching, I am with my husband, two kids and my dog.

When not in school, I love to dance, cook, and spend quality time with family 🧑‍🧑‍🧒‍🧒. 

Hi, i’m Miss Nina! You can either find me jumping into all of the classrooms to give a helping hand, running around playing with our friends, or having a mini dance party in the purple room with Miss. Logan! One of my MANY roles at TLC is to literally be everyone’s best friend & I strive to make it happen! The best part of my day is hearing “HI MISS. NINA!” being yelled when I walk into a new room. These bonds I get to build with the students are the reason why I LOVE coming to work. 

Hello! My name is Tonya, and I have worked in the childcare industry for over 40 years. I have worked in various classrooms with The Little Campus since it opened. I enjoy working with the little toddlers as they become more mobile and gain independence.

Hi! My name is Miss Alyssa. I have worked in Early Childhood Education for over 4 years, working with every age group from 6 weeks old to 12 years old. I love watching the kids grow, and I am excited to see where my journey leads.
